"Would like to see this program go on"
"The activities were a great introduction to the learning environment with a good amount of class participation"
"Would LOVE to see this program offered again!!!"
"My son has been asking "can I go to music class with Ms. Susan" and "can we go sing with Ms. Mali" for weeks now. He was sad to not have class last week. He has been singing the songs he learned and clapping along at home. He truly learned from the class and his instructors. I thank them for that! It was a wonderful experience to watch my child learn from other adults and to see him enjoy it SO much! Thank you!!!"

MOORE COUNTY SUMMER READING PROGRAM
CARTHAGE AND ROBBINS LIBRARIES
MOORE COUNTY, NC 2011
"Thank you for generously sharing your talents with the children of Moore County as part of our Summer Reading Program! It was such a terrific opportunity for everyone to be able to experience your instruments at close range in an informal setting. For myself, it was the first time I had ever seen stringed instruments performed outside of a concert setting. I am sure the same is true for most, if not all, of the participants. Programs like this provide an immeasurable benefit to the children and the community."
Susan Grzesnikowki and Amalia Hutchison are both retired school teachers. Susan was the Orchestra Program Director for the Moore County Schools, North Carolina for 13 years, and now has a private teaching studio. Amalia was a founder and instructor for the Prancing Horse Therapeutic Horseback Riding Center in Cameron, NC., and later taught for 13 years at Montgomery Community College, Troy, NC. The ITP Kids + Music program reflects their longtime commitment to using their musical talents to help children in school and life.
